Fixing issue if you’re not receiving Teams messages


There is a known issue on Teams, if you switched your account to another organization (guest) and switch back to Connexis (Infrastructure ITO), you will not receive any new coming Teams messages.



 

To fix the issue what you need to do is Click Sign out Teams, then open Teams again and it fix the issue. You will have to do this each time when you switch your account until a permanent fix from Microsoft.
