Installing and setting up the Phone App

 

Go to the app store and download Resco Mobile CRM

When you open the app you will be presented with a screen like the one below.

Select Internal user

Enter your account details

URL:   https://imx.infrastructureito.org.nz

Username: needs to be set up like the format shown. To find this go into iMX select a contact you own and then click on the owner, and it will take you through to the user record and show your username.

Password:  Same as signing into iMX with

Select Save password 

Then Sync (Top right button)

 

The App should now begin to sync your data. If you get an error, it means that either the URL, Username or password is incorrect
