Check if you connect to Connexis internet or VPN if you are at home  

Please make sure you are not connecting to “Connexis Guest”, otherwise you can’t find office printer

Check if you add office printer

1. Go to “Printers & Scanners”
    
   
   
2. Click “Add a printer or scanner”
   
   
   
3. Choose the printer you want to add
   

Check if you are printing through right printer
