How to resolve Trusted Platform Module issue


TPM malfunctioned with error code: 80090016

 

1. Go “Access work or school”. Disconnect user account
 


 

 

2. Go “Device security” -> Security processor dcetails -> Security processor troubleshooting -> Clear TPM. You will be prompted to restart the computer.

3. After restarted, Log back in to user’s account
