1. Click “IT Helpdesk” on SharePoint Quick links
2. Click “Login”
3. Click “Login here” as customer
4. Login with your Connexis account
5. Confirm that you have logged in from the right top corner of the page then click “Home”
- You can log a ticket if you have IT issue. By clicking “New support ticket”
6. Type the detail of your issue and attach screenshot if needed
7. You can view all your ticket by clicking “Check ticket status”
